The concept of stress is a theory of what stress is and how it comes in different ways. A chart in the psychology book has different events in it that can affect a person positively and negatively. The book tell us that stress comes in different forms and from different people. This can also be caused by someone close to you or even from someone you don’t really know, and this is why stress is hard to deal with. No one can know when things will happen but when they do it may affect a person more emotionally than others. The chart in the book list things that can be very stressful and very non stressful, in a persons life. Like for an example, getting a new job can be exciting for someone because they think of it as a new beginning of things; however starting a new job can also be stressful to others, because they feel pressured to make a good impression. Stress can be a number of things but the affects of it can be different for everyone, and each situation can be different for all. The concept a stress can't really be determined only because stress affects everyone differently and different things affect people in different ways.
