Everyone has their amount of stress they can handle before they feel a bit overwhelmed. Some of us may experience the inability to cope with a given situation right in the middle of it while others have the have to get through it all only to "crash" sometime later. Not everyone gets stressed out about the same things. Something that is stressful to one person may be just as easy as pie for someone else.
Some people get stressed about everything while others only get stressed out about certain things, my aunt for example is always stressed out about everything no matter what it is and my mom only gets stressed out about certain things. I think the key is to find what stresses YOU out and find a way to make it not so stressful for you, or figure out why it is stressful for you. You cant fix something if you don’t know why it is.
I use to stress about everything and I am learning to figure out why it stresses me out. For example I fill that if my house and my car are a mess than my life is a mess. And so when I would come home and my husband had the house a mess I would get stressed. So I had to sit down with him and explain how I felt and we sat down and figured out how we could fix that, and he tries to help me by pointing out the things that are going great in my life so that I don’t just focus on the messy parts of my life.
